Breakfasts feature a self-service buffet with organic oatmeal, organic
cold cereals, artisan or sourdough organic breads, organic eggs, local
raw or pasteurized (not homogenized) organic milks, a rotating selection
of organic waffles, organic breakfast meats, and fruit dishes, our self-service
juicer for fresh organic fruit juices, and organic coffees and teas.
Lunches feature a buffet with the organic soup of the day, organic salad
bar, organic sandwich makings (including meats and cheeses), organic
coffee and teas, and our self-service juicer for fresh organic fruit
and vegetable juices.
Dinners feature a buffet with the organic meat of the day (may include
fish), the organic soup of the day, the organic salad bar, the organic
starch of the day, the organic dessert of the day, a glass of local wine
or beer, organic coffee or teas, and our self-service juicer for fresh
organic fruit and vegetable juices.
Special arrangements can be made for individual meals at any time of the
day. Picnic meals can also be prepared when your daily activities will
prevent you from eating at the Estate. Of course, the wineries and restaurants
of the American and Canadian Okanogan are also available for dining and
imbibing while on your local adventures!
